Refund & Exchnage Policy

We always try to make sure that our shoppers are gratified with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order for any cause, we provide an adaptable refund and exchange policy. All items bought from Zenbers can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if

  • The item is flawed, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery
  • The product does not align with the genuine specifications or features of the product or is found to be not the same as you had purchased.
  • Sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How to Request a Refund?

You can request a refund through:

  • Firstly, get in touch with our customer support team to start a return. Give the order number and the explanation for the return together.
  • Once your return request is accepted, you will receive a return confirmation and instructions on how to send your products back to us.
  • You must pack the item securely in reliable packaging and try to attach the return confirmation slip to it.

At Zenbers, we always seek to look after each quarrel effectively and attempt to be fair with both parties so that they can be satisfied. Replacement of the item will be sent to you in case a defective, flawed, or fully damaged item is delivered domestically. The thing you need is to email us photographic proof of the flawed item within 7 days of purchase before any declaration can be handled or prepared.

There are some circumstances or situations where it is challenging for us to help returns and exchanges. Such situations comprise but are not restricted to the following:

  • Exchange appeal is made outside the particular time frame
  • The product is defective because of usage.
  • The product has been damaged or interloped.

 

Refund Policy:

Yes, we do refund you in case you receive a damaged product or the item is not of the same color or same size and we are not able to gratify you. In case of a refund shipping and controlling charges will not be refunded. The minimum duration for processing a refund is 7- working days.
